Pumpkin Chia Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 cup of Chia Seeds

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground allspice

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp ground cardamom

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 1/2 cup coconut milk

1 Tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1/2 tsp almond extract

15 Ounce can of pumpkin puree 

Serving suggestions: chopped raw almond and /or toasted coconut flakes

Directions

This is basically a dump and stir recipe

First - The chia and the 5 spices. Dump. Stir.

Second: The milk, maple syrup, and two extracts Dump. Stir

Once they are combined and the spices are dissolved , fold in the pumpkin

Store refridgerated  in air tight container 

To serve, heat with an additional splash of coconut milk until warmed through, our server cold wiith chopped almonds and coconut flakes.
